Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Viet Asian Food website by business customers (B2B). Consumer protection laws may apply differently.

2. Orders & Prices

All prices are wholesale prices in EUR, excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Minimum order quantities apply per product. Orders are binding upon confirmation.

3. Payment

Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer (SEPA) and credit card payments.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs depend on order size and destination. We ship across Germany and the EU. Risk transfers upon handover to the carrier.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.
